I am currently Director of Strategy and Business Operations at Nevados, a solar hardware startup. Previously, I worked in program management at Chevron, operations at Square, and product and revenue operations, also at Nevados. I studied chemical engineering at Texas A&M.

I built Skip The Boards while conducting my own job search. The most frustrating part was not finding roles, it was the application process itself. Many postings on LinkedIn or Indeed route through Workday, iCIMS, or Oracle, which typically means creating another account, re-entering a resume that is already attached, and answering the same demographic questions once again. This site only indexes companies whose career pages run on Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby, platforms that let you apply in a few minutes rather than a few accounts.

Skip The Boards pulls directly from roughly 4,300 companies' own career pages on a regular refresh schedule, rather than re-posting listings from another job board. That means no middleman and nothing left to go stale. Search supports boolean syntax, there is an optional resume-match feature, and Hunter, the assistant behind the "AI Search" button, can set up a search from a plain-English description or a resume, with no account required.

The site is free, and no account is required to search. I built it for my own job search and figured other people going through the same process could benefit from it as well, so I made it publicly available.
